Half-Life is a computer game series of first-person shooter science fiction, which is divided into two full games, episodic games 2, 3 berasing games and demos. This series is active from 1998. All were developed by Valve Corporation and Gearbox Software and published by Sierra Studios and subsequently Electronic Arts from 2005 until today. The series that was released for the PC, but the console versions were also released.

In the Eastern European city City 17, Freeman met the living catastrophe Black Mesa, termasuklah Isaac Kleiner, Barney Calhoun, Eli Vance and his daughter Alyx and help the human resistance against the rule of the Combine. Alien Xen, Vortigaunt, which dibudakkan by Combine, also helping the resistance. In order to get this to work without being prompted for a CD, you'll need to download the version 1.1.10 patch. (it will still need to be at least mounted, however)
