    Specter, a leader Pipo Monkeys', find Monkey Helmet, and employ the human scientist Dr. Tomuki (Dr. Tomoki in the US version) to assist him in his evil plans. They set up a television station protected by Freaky Monkey Lima where they plan to broadcast a TV show in the world. The television show is broadcast on every television put any human being except the twins, Satoru and Sayaka (Kei and Yumi), their aunt Aki and Natsumi (Natalie) into a trance without thinking. When Natsumi inform Satoru and Sayaka that Kakeru (Spike), Hikaru (Jimmy) and Professor all infected by the television show, Satoru and Sayaka went out to catch monkeys and thwart Specter and Tomuki.
Their mission is to go to any movie set and catch all the monkeys in there and destroy a satellite there. Satoru and Sayaka easily capture the White Monkey, Blue Monkey and Yellow Monkey. When they reached the TV station where pink monkey is, Satoru and Sayaka efforts to capture him failed and he escaped. They managed to catch Red Monkey afterwards.

    When they reached the Tomuki City, Tomuki challenging them to battle in the giant-king Tomo his robot. Tomuki, after being defeated by Satoru and Sayaka, and humiliated by Specter, enabling them to take a rocket into space to beat his former partner. Once they reached the bottom of outer space for operation Specter: Space Station Saru-3, they catch all the monkeys and off the movie set on their way to Specter. When they reached Specter, he told them his plan of how it will use the space station to cut the Earth in half and keep half of it to the monkeys (leaving the other half, originally meant to Tomuki, to humans). After that he got in a new Gorillac Mech and try to activate the plan. He was defeated and fled from the two satellites, leaving Tomuki to give his life to disable Twin Heaven. He survived. After Specter defeated, Pink Monkey to release him and the rest of Freaky Monkey Five, leaving them to be caught again in a very similar mission. To complete the game one hundred percent, all 442 monkeys should be arrested, all trials should be completed by the time the time the gold, and all the items, CD, Tape Video (except 28), Mobil skin, Genie Dance songs, books, etc. to be purchased. The game holds a total of 434 monkeys when the monkeys secret codes not caught.
