In the climax of the game, Tommy stands alone as Lance, Sonny and Sonny Mansion henchmen attack Tommy.
Tommy first catch up, laugh, and ended up killing Lance Storm then downstairs where he faces off with Sonny. During the shootout, Sonny admitted that he was the one who set Tommy up fifteen years earlier, sending him to kill eleven people were expecting him. Tommy eventually kill Sonny in the main hall of his estate. With his enemies defeated, Tommy establishing himself as undisputed kingpin of crime from Vice City.
